How Ordering Works
All our medically tailored meals are made-to-order. Once your order is processed the kitchen is set in motion. Your first instance of a subscription or a one time order is charged immediately. You can edit this order before noon on Thursday by contacting customer service, [email protected].
After the first instance of your subscription the following instances will be processed and charged every Thursday.
You can place an additional one-time order to add an item or you can setup an additional subscription plan to add a day or a different delivery address.
In some circumstances we can make adjustments. It's always a good idea to call us at (917) 260-8506 or email [email protected]
We know you have a busy life. Flexibility is key to supporting you through the elimination phase of the low FODMAP diet.
You can navigate to the MANAGE PLAN(s) section of your account to update your delivery day, frequency and you can also add another subscription to your account. Each subscription has a unique delivery day.
You can also add one-time items to your order - try something new - it's that easy.
The subscription feature of our site is designed to help you maintain a low FODMAP regime over the course of 2 to 8 weeks.
You can set up multiple plans to accommodate different delivery days, different addresses or different frequency for certain types of items. For instance you might only want to order the Freezer Filler bundle once a month, you can setup a Freezer Filler Plan for monthly delivery separate from what you might want to order weekly.
After setting up the basics of your account you can shop for the items you want in your first plan. Once you fill your cart you will be prompted to select the delivery day and frequency. Upon checkout you will be charged immediately for your first delivery.
Moving forward every week you will be charged overnight Thursday (eastern). Once your credit card is processed your order is “locked” and non-refundable.
You can cancel orders that have not been charged any time.
Your one-time order and your first subscription order is charged IMMEDIATELY at checkout. Once your card is processed your order is non-refundable.
If you have a subscription your 2nd order onward is charged every Thursday for the coming week. You can Pause or Skip an order as required. Please note: Pause and Skip are not the same feature.
Skip: Use this feature when you want to skip your order for the upcoming week, be sure to skip BEFORE Thursday 6PM.
Pause: Use this feature when you want to pause your subscription for an extended period of time. NOTE - to start your extended pause you must do so BEFORE Tuesday at 6PM or your coming week's order will not be included in your selected pause range.
Epicured is not a long-term commitment nor a contract of any kind. Any order that HAS NOT already been charged can be canceled at any time.
You can skip, pause or cancel a subscription or plan any time as long as it has not been charged. Simply log in to your account. Click the MANAGE PLAN green button at the top of the page. You can skip, pause or cancel or edit any of your plans.
Remember as long as your order HAS NOT been charged you can skip, pause, cancel or edit.
