In the summertime in Andalucia, Spain, Chef Dani would enjoy fresh gazpacho, sold on the roadside and served on-the-go over ice. Our “Grab & Go” Gazpacho is inspired by this special treat. It’s made with tomatoes, a touch of aged sherry vinegar, and our special low FODMAP garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil. Best of all, this soup comes in a bottle to be enjoyed on-the-go.
