Hearty Colorado Lamb Ragu Pasta

Chef Dani’s homestyle lamb ragu is made by slowly simmering ground Colorado lamb with chopped carrots, tomatoes, garlic-infused olive oil, and fresh herbs and spices. The ragu is served with a side of gluten-free penne pasta, steamed broccoli and freshly grated parmesan cheese. This dish is a good source of calcium, folate, and Vitamins A, C, B12, and K.

How to Prepare

Reheat

Remove all lids and any plastic components. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Add components if included, and enjoy! CAUTION - food may be very hot - test before consuming
