Start with our Elimination Phase with meals that have been prepared without any FODMAP foods. Elimination typically takes 2 weeks and can take up to 8 weeks.

After 2 weeks check-in with yourself and a registered
dietician to see if you feel 75% symptom free.
Feeling Better?
If you feel 75% symptom free, you’re ready for our
Reintroduction Phase, when we’ll start to reintroduce
FODMAP foods into your meals to discover what’s causing
your symptoms.
Not Quite Better Yet?
If you’re still feeling symptoms, more discovery is needed
over another 2 weeks before starting the Reintroduction
Phase. Keep in mind the Elimination Phase can take up to 8
weeks.
After you’re 75% symptom free, the Reintroduction Phase begins. During this phase, you’ll introduce one FODMAP food at a time to discover what’s causing your symptoms. The rest of your meal will stay the same.
Challenge Items
These “Challenge Items” will each be tested over 3 day
periods.
Lactose: Yogurt, Fructose: Asparagus, Sorbitol: Dried Apricots, Mannitol: Celery, Fructan: Couscous, Fructan: Garlic, Fructan: Onion, Fructan: Leek, GOS: Pinto Beans
Day 1: Single portion
Day 2: Double portion
Day 3: Triple portion
If at any point symptoms appear stop the reintroduction of this Challenge Item. For example, if symptoms appear on Day 1: Single portion, stop the process. Allow yourself at least one day before reintroducing the next challenge item.
If you’re symptomatic to all Challenge Items even in the smallest amounts, contact your registered dietician.

and dislikes.
