Our Chef's Process

    Our head chef reviews everything from culinary research to viral food trends on TikTok -- looking for inspiration for our menu.

  • Collaboration

    Consulting with registered dietitians and clinicians, our head chef turns the knobs and levers to make the dish gut-friendly for our friends with digestive health issues.

  • Realization

    Finally, our chef gets his hands dirty (figuratively speaking, of course) and whips up his creations for tastings. Our staff of epicureans curate every meal on the menu, so we all stand behind what we offer.
